While you’re here – Let’s take a trip down memory lane, to the late 2000’s, with a throwback Thursday special! 📸 Feast your eyes on these snapshots taken at the Junior League of Houston, capturing the essence of ‘Traditional Costumes of the Americas,’ showcasing rare embroidered dresses from the Costumes of the Americas Museum founded by PART Brownsville. 🌎 And in the midst of it all, spot our very own Felix Fraga alongside past scholarship recipients, including Cinthia Milian, our current Director of Events. 💫 It’s moments like these that remind us of our rich heritage and the incredible journey we’ve embarked on together. 🌟

We are a diverse group of women with a mission to empower the community by awarding scholarships to Latinas graduating from High School, and by promoting friendship and understanding of cultures in the Americas – Canada, USA, Mexico, Central and South America. We all volunteer our time and efforts and we focus on finding resources for Young Latinas who aspire to go to college.
