The 2025 Application Period Is Now OPEN!

Since 1940, The Pan American Round Table of Houston has championed education by awarding hundreds of thousands in scholarship funds to local high achieving Latina girls. Some of our past scholarship recipients have gone on to become professionals in STEM, business, public service, medicine and have returned to serve on the Board, donate scholarships and participate in developing a network of alumni leaders.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Latina FEMALE High School student graduating from an accredited Houston Texas area High School or Charter School
Previous PART Scholarship Recipients

Timeline:

April 4, 2025: Application period starts
May 2, 2025: Application due at 5:00 p.m. CST
May 2025: Applicants notified of scholarship award
TBA: Scholarship Reception/Announcement

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements for New Applicants (current High School students) AND Returning PART Houston scholarship recipients:

Completed On-line PART Houston Scholarship Application
A biographical essay
One Letter of Recommendation signed by a High School Counselor (e-mailed) – Only for NEW applicants
- Submit your Letter of Recommendation and/or Official Transcript via email to susanhuston2103@gmail.com
A recent photo that meets SAT photo requirements
Official transcript must be emailed by school Registrar by 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, May 2, 2025

We are a diverse group of women with a mission to empower the community by awarding scholarships to Latinas graduating from High School, and by promoting friendship and understanding of cultures in the Americas – Canada, USA, Mexico, Central and South America. We all volunteer our time and efforts and we focus on finding resources for Young Latinas who aspire to go to college.
