¡VIVA PAN AMERICA!

Did you know April 14th is Pan American Day? This year we celebrated the occassion with a marvelous evening filled with music, food and Pan American flair.

¡VIVA PAN AMERICA! featured internationally known dancers Susana Collins and Gonzalo André and singer/guitarist Victorio Menghi as well as Ambassadors International Ballet Folklorico highlighting various Pan American countries through dance. DJ Sunshine kept the fun going with great music throughout the night.

PART Historian, Kaye Fraser, gave a special presentation about the early history of Pan American Round Table in Houston. She was later bestowed with a beautiful emblem of PART Houston for her extensive research and work as Historian of the Table.

Guests included Bolivian Consul Rene E. Verduguez Linares and his wife, Felix and Nelly Fraga, and members of the Mexican American Hispanic Bar Association.

Proceeds from the event benefited the PART Houston Scholarship Fund.
